The Full Concierge exists so that you don't. It is our most comprehensive engagement: a single, founder-led service covering every element of the journey — eligibility, documentation, legal counsel, your home, your finances, your children's schools, your healthcare, your car, your community — with an in-house Israeli advocate and licensed real estate professional on your file from day one.
You will never be handed off, referred out for the essentials, or left to chase an office alone. When you land, your apartment is ready, your utilities are running, your appointments are booked — and we are standing at arrivals.

Approval & The Home
Your aliyah application is prepared, submitted and shepherded to approval. In parallel, our licensed agent conducts your home search, our advocate reviews and negotiates your lease, and the furnishing programme begins — so your apartment is complete before you board.
Arrival & Activation

Gali provides the legal backbone of the service: lease review and negotiation, contract work, powers of attorney and dispute correspondence — alongside licensed real estate representation for your home search. Having both disciplines in-house means your property and legal work move as one, with no external hand-offs at the most sensitive moments of the process.
Behind the core team sits a vetted national network built over years: cross-border accountants, mortgage brokers, insurance specialists, movers, interior tradespeople, medical professionals and community leaders across Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Netanya, Ra'anana, Modi'in, Beit Shemesh and beyond. Every introduction is to someone we would use ourselves.
A bespoke engagement, clearly priced
The Full Concierge is quoted individually following your consultation, reflecting family size, destination, timeline and the scope of home setup. Fees are stated in USD or GBP, plus Israeli VAT at 18% where applicable.
50% on signature of the service agreement; 50% at an agreed milestone ahead of arrival. Bespoke schedules can be accommodated for longer engagements.
Where a rental brokerage fee applies (customarily one month's rent plus 18% VAT), it is collected on behalf of, and passed in full to, a licensed Israeli Metavech. It is separate from the concierge fee.
Government fees, apostilles, notarial tariffs, furnishing budgets, flights, shipping and similar disbursements are payable at cost and agreed in advance — no surprises and no undisclosed margins.
The engagement runs from signature through twelve months after your landing date, encompassing all four phases and every pillar described in this document.
All personal, financial and status information is handled in strict confidence, shared with authorities and third parties only as required to progress your file.
