Within your first week, we handle your Teudat Zehut (Israeli ID), bank account opening, kupat cholim (health fund) registration, Israeli phone number and SIM, and Bituach Leumi (National Insurance) registration. In your first month, we support school registration, driving licence transfer, arnona (property tax) setup, mobile and utility contracts, and release of any shipped household goods through customs.

Beyond that, we stay on call for a full 12 months as your safety net — when your landlord won't fix the boiler, when Bituach Leumi sends a letter you can't read, when you need an English-speaking specialist doctor, or when the bank rejects a transfer for reasons no one will explain.
