It is the closest thing to making aliyah with a family member who happens to be a 15-year aliyah professional.

Frequently Asked
-
Our standard service gives you structured guidance, templates and check-ins — you do the work, we make sure you do it right. VIP Concierge flips that completely: one senior specialist takes ownership of your entire aliyah and runs it for you.
That means we handle the Jewish Agency interview prep, document gathering, apostilles, translations and Ministry of Interior appointments directly. We represent you, chase the offices, attend the meetings with you, and manage the timeline. You get a single point of contact on WhatsApp who knows your file inside-out, rather than a support queue. VIP is the right fit if you're time-poor, moving with a family, making aliyah later in life, or simply want the bureaucracy handled by someone who does this every week.
-
VIP pricing is bespoke — it depends on the size of your household, your country of origin, whether we're handling property alongside the aliyah itself, and how much post-landing support you want. We don't publish a flat rate because no two aliyot are the same, and quoting an average number would mislead you.
What we can tell you: the first 45-minute consultation is free, and by the end of it you'll have a clear, itemised proposal with a fixed fee, no hourly billing, and no surprises. Most VIP clients find the investment pays for itself in saved time, avoided mistakes and faster timelines — particularly if property purchase or sale is part of the move.
-
Yes — property is one of the core pillars of VIP Concierge, and one of the biggest reasons clients choose us over a standard aliyah service.
For rentals, we match you to neighbourhoods based on your budget, family needs, community preferences and commute, arrange in-person or video viewings before you land, negotiate the lease, and have every contract legally reviewed in Hebrew and English before you sign. No landlord surprises, no being overcharged because you're new.
For purchases, we work with you through our vetted network of real estate lawyers, mortgage brokers and agents in every major city — Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Netanya, Ra'anana, Modiin, Herzliya, Beit Shemesh and beyond. We can also give you access to new-build developments, including luxury high-rise towers, before they're publicly listed. You'll never be navigating the Israeli property market alone or paying broker fees to someone who doesn't represent your interests.

This is where most aliyah services end. With VIP Concierge, your first year is where we do some of our most important work.
Within your first week, we handle your Teudat Zehut (Israeli ID), bank account opening, kupat cholim (health fund) registration, Israeli phone number and SIM, and Bituach Leumi (National Insurance) registration. In your first month, we support school registration, driving licence transfer, arnona (property tax) setup, mobile and utility contracts, and release of any shipped household goods through customs.
Beyond that, we stay on call for a full 12 months as your safety net — when your landlord won't fix the boiler, when Bituach Leumi sends a letter you can't read, when you need an English-speaking specialist doctor, or when the bank rejects a transfer for reasons no one will explain. The first year in Israel is when things genuinely break. VIP exists to make sure someone fixes them for you.
