You can find most of it eventually. A form on one ministry's site, a rule buried in a regulation, a WhatsApp group where four people confidently tell you four different things, and an agent who is extremely keen to help because he is paid by the seller.

There is no catch, but there is an answer, and you are entitled to it before you hand over an email address rather than after.
We are a working aliyah and property business, and this is how people find us. A small number of members eventually ask us to handle the parts that need doing rather than knowing. Most never do, and that is fine — the library stays open either way. Nothing here is built to make you dependent on us before you have decided anything.
What membership costs you
An email address and an account. We email you when something new lands and when a session is coming. Unsubscribe in one click and the library stays open.
On the word "discount"
We state a member advantage only where we have actually agreed one with that developer, and we say what it is on that project. Where the terms are simply the terms, we say that too. A price you were going to get anyway is not a benefit of membership.
What we never do
Sell, rent or pass on your details. Cold call you. Or recommend a scheme because it pays better.
