Beyond the price, budget roughly 7–10% for taxes and fees on a resident purchase — far less as an oleh, where the reduced purchase-tax rate does most of the saving.
The big variables are your buyer status and whether you use an agent. Lawyer and Tabu costs are comparatively small.
