Free Hebrew Ulpan courses are available in many locations throughout Israel. The address that appears on an Oleh’s Teudat Zehut will dictate the location of the Ulpan. However, in some cases it can be flexible.

The Misrad Haklita offers additional assistance for the study of the Hebrew language.

Is There A Time Limit For Going To Ulpan?

Olim can access the Ulpan benefit up to 10 years after making Aliyah.

Can I Learn At A Private Ulpan?

The simple answer is, yes. A private Ulpan is based on the voucher allotment.

If you are not able to go to a regular Ulpan because of the hours required, or if there are no Ulpan courses in your area, there are many e-learning options available. These programs offer you the opportunity to tailor your Hebrew language education to your schedule as well as your personal educational needs.
