Thinking about 101 Jabotinsky? Here is what Ben Shalom is building in Tel Aviv, and how Easy Aliyah can buy it for you, from wherever you live now.

The project

What's being built

TAMA 38/2: 10 floors, 28 homes from 2 to 5 rooms, including a garden apartment, a duplex and a rooftop unit. Where it is: Between Kikar HaMedina and Ibn Gvirol; Opposite Herzliya Gymnasium.

Our view

Before you buy

Construction is under way, so handover is closer and the risk of a project stalling is lower. Before you commit, it pays to know exactly which stage your building has reached and what the contract says about the handover date. It is also an urban renewal scheme, so delivery depends on the existing residents' agreements and the permit process. That is normal, but it is worth understanding before you sign.

How we help

Buying 101 Jabotinsky with Easy Aliyah

The developer's sales team works for the developer. We work for you, with one team handling the search, the legal work and the mortgage from start to finish.

  1. A shortlist that fits you. We compare this scheme with others in your budget and area, so you know what else is out there.
  2. Price and negotiation. We check the price against real sales nearby and negotiate the price and payment terms with the developer.
  3. The contract, read by our lawyer. Our in-house lawyer reviews the contract, the bank guarantees, the linkage to the construction index and the handover date.
  4. Mortgage and money. We help you arrange an Israeli mortgage and move your money in the most cost-effective way.
  5. Handover and the engineer's report. At handover we bring an engineer to list any defects, and we follow up until they are fixed.
